In order to provide you with a peaceful, hassle-free and safe rest, we have developed regulations for your stay.
We kindly ask you to read its provisions and the Regulations for renting the House at Lasówka 20 c below.
Making a reservation is tantamount to accepting the House rental regulations and the rules of its use.
REGULATIONS FOR RESERVATION, PAYMENT AND USE

Landlord - owner of the House Lasówka 20 c
Tenant - the person renting the Lasówka 20 c House as well as all accompanying persons staying on the property
§1
RESERVATION AND PAYMENTS
1. These Regulations specify the conditions under which you can make a reservation and rent the Lasówka 20 c House.
Making a reservation is tantamount to accepting the provisions of these Regulations.
2. The rental applies to the entire House for a maximum of 10 people. Minimum rental period: 2 days, and during summer and winter breaks, priority is given to a full-week stay and weekend stays will only be possible if there are no other reservations.
3. Pre-booking. Pre-booking can be made by phone or via e-mail. When making a preliminary reservation, please specify the date of your stay and the number of people. The initial reservation is made after confirming the availability of the House and a clear declaration of willingness to rent.
The initial reservation is valid for 24 hours.
4. Guaranteed reservation is made after paying the deposit for the stay. From the moment of making the initial reservation, the time to pay the deposit is 48 hours. The deposit is 30% of the total amount of the stay. The reservation is considered confirmed after sending the proof of payment/transfer or after the funds are credited to the bank account.
5. After the deposit transfer is recorded or the transfer confirmation is sent, an e-mail confirming the reservation is sent to the person making the reservation.
6. The deposit is paid to the bank account number: 05 1140 2004 0000 3102 7672 6383. The transfer title should include: name and surname of the Tenant, contact telephone number, date of stay from... to...
7. In the event of the Tenant's complete resignation from the stay for reasons beyond the control of the Landlord, the deposit is not refundable.
8. The remaining amount for the stay, including the deposit, must be paid by transfer (in advance) up to 5 business days before arrival.
9. The deposit is collected for the duration of the stay, in the amount of PLN 500 and constitutes security in the event of damage incurred during the stay. The deposit is returned on the day the Tenant leaves the house, provided that the technical condition of all items constituting the equipment of the House, as well as the building itself and the area belonging to it, is no worse than when the keys to the facility were handed over to the Tenant.
§2
STAY AND ACCOMMODATION
1. The day starts at 17:00 (arrival) and ends at 10:00 (departure).
2. The Tenant is obliged to inform the Landlord about the planned time of arrival at the House, no later than 2 hours before arrival.
3. If it is impossible to arrive at the previously agreed time, the Tenant is obliged to immediately notify the Tenant by phone.
4. Any earlier arrival (before 3 p.m.) must be agreed with the Landlord at least 1 day in advance.
5. If the Tenant shortens the period of stay, the amount for the unused period is not refunded.
6. If the Tenant fails to arrive on the scheduled date, the reservation guaranteed by the deposit is automatically canceled at 10:00 a.m. the next day and the deposit is non-refundable. The remaining amount paid will be transferred to your account within 3 business days.
7. It is possible to extend your stay only if other guests have not previously booked the house.
8. Accommodation and check-out takes place in the House in the presence of the Landlord or a person authorized by him.
9. The tenant cannot lend or sublet the house to other people.
10. More than 10 people may stay in the house and on the premises only with the consent of the Landlord.
11. If the declared number of people using the House is exceeded (without the consent and knowledge of the Landlord), we reserve the right to immediately terminate the contract with all the consequences without the need to refund the previously paid fee.
12. After arrival, but before moving in, the Tenant is obliged to collect the House, i.e. check the furniture, windows, shower cabin and other devices in the House.
13. Comments regarding damage should be reported immediately to the Lessor. The Landlord allows for the possibility of detecting damage to the so-called hidden. The lack of comments from the Tenant regarding such damage within 4 hours after receiving the keys means that the Tenant has no objections to the entire facility, and all devices and furniture are in the quantity consistent with the equipment list and in good condition.
14. The Tenant bears full financial responsibility for everything
the type of damage and destruction of items of equipment and technical devices of the House that occurred during the stay, whether due to intentional or unintentional fault.
15. The Tenant is solely and fully responsible for the persons staying with her (including children).
16. Users of the facility are obliged to comply with fire safety rules.
17. There are fire extinguishers in a visible place in the house, which should be used in the event of a fire and the Lessor should be informed immediately about the incident. On the ground floor, the fire extinguisher is located in the hall, on the first floor - in the corridor. For unjustified use of a fire extinguisher, the Tenant will be charged PLN 200 and PLN 500 for cleaning the house.
18. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the House.
19. Due to fire protection requirements, you must not use any devices or devices powered by electricity or gas in the House, which are not part of the equipment of these rooms and which may create a fire hazard, e.g. electric heaters, radiators, gas burners. It is prohibited to bring flammable materials, explosives and materials with an unpleasant odor into the House.
20. Only wood provided by the Lessor is used for burning in the fireplace.
21. It is forbidden to dry wet clothes on radiators in the living room, hall and bedrooms. For this purpose, there is a radiator in the bathroom, which is adapted to this type of needs.
22. We remind you to follow health and safety rules when grilling. Due to the fact that the house is wooden, please light the barbecue away from the house, outside its roofed part.
23. The Tenant has no right to make any repairs or make any expenditure or changes to the House without the prior consent of the Landlord. The Tenant is obliged to immediately inform the Landlord about the need to make repairs or expenses.
24. In the event of technical faults, the Tenant is asked to report them to the Landlord as soon as possible, which will enable appropriate response and action.
25. The Landlord is not responsible for temporary inconvenience occurring at independent suppliers caused by, for example, temporary lack of electricity.
26. The tenant is obliged to use the house in accordance with its properties and purpose. Please wear comfortable footwear inside the house (please especially do not wear footwear such as mountain shoes, ski boots, snowboard boots or other boots that could scratch or damage the wooden surface of the stairs and floor).
27. Each time when leaving the house, the Tenant should check that the door is locked. The Landlord is not responsible for items left at home.
28. Parking of cars is possible only in a designated place indicated by the facility administrator. The parking lot is an unattended parking lot. The Lessor is not responsible for the theft or destruction of motor vehicles or other vehicles belonging to the Tenant.
29. If the Tenant significantly violates the peace and/or good of the neighbors and does not comply with generally applicable norms of coexistence between people and in the event of a justified intervention by calling the police, the Landlord reserves the right to terminate the Tenant's stay in the House and is not obliged to refund for the unused period of stay.
30. The Tenant is obliged to maintain and return the House in its original condition, which includes, in particular, leaving the dishes and kitchen equipment washed before leaving, emptying the refrigerator of food and leaving it in perfect condition, and leaving the surroundings of the house in its original condition. Failure to comply with the above obligation will result in PLN 300 being deducted from the cleaning deposit.
31. Stay with pets should be agreed with the Landlord.
32. The owner is responsible for the animal. He is obliged to maintain cleanliness and peace on the premises. The owner must have full control of the animal. It is necessary to have a dog's health booklet with current vaccinations. The owner is obliged to clean up after his animal inside the house and on the property. Any damage caused by the animal is covered by the owner.
§3
INSURANCE
The price of services provided by the Landlord of Dom Lasówka 20c does not include insurance. Tenants use the services at their own risk. The Lessor is not responsible for any injuries, damages or destruction of property (damage to the health and property of a third person), including the theft of luggage during the entire stay.
